1. Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Condition
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.
3. How to Return
To initiate a return, email our customer support at support@mzaikproducts.com with your order number.
Our team will provide a Return Authorization along with instructions.
4. Refunds
Once the return is approved and we receive the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Eligibility
You may exchange your item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Exchange Options
You may exchange your perfume for a different scent or product of equal value. If the new product is of higher value, the difference must be paid.
Damaged or Defective Items

We will arrange a replacement or a refund, based on your preference.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened products
- Tested fragrances
